PP SHOPPING BAGS

Polypropylene is a thermoplastic polymer. In basic terms, it’s a type of plastic.

One of the most common plastics in the world, polypropylene is inexpensive, lightweight, durable, water resistant, and malleable, making it useful for several applications. Polypropylene is used in plastic containers, luggage, outdoor furniture, reusable water bottles, and more.

The production of PP woven bag is interweaving polypropylene tapes in two directions, they are famous for excellent strength and durability.

Typical products of PP woven bag are PP woven shopping bags, Cooler bags, Packing of animal feed, Fertilizer bags, etc. Because PP woven bags are producted with coating and bags with liners are suitable for packaging products that face the risk of leaking, from sugar or flour to additional unsafe materials like fertilizers or chemicals. Liners help protects the integrity of your product by avoiding contamination from outside sources and reducing the release or absorption of humidity.

PP non-woven bags are bonded together instead of woven, so that plastic fibres are fused together using heat and pressure.

Like PP woven bags, you can even find laminated non-woven PP reusable bags which are water resistant and slightly more durable than the non-laminated options.

This creates a durable textile that’s similar to canvas. It’s inexpensive, lightweight, and provides a common alternative to the single-use plastic bag. In fact, many retailers offer non-woven PP bags to their customers at little or no cost, like they would a single-use plastic bag.

RPET BAGS

Recycled polypropylene terephthalate (RPET) is one of the materials used to create reusable bags at a high level of eco-friendliness. Though made from recycled content & is 100% recyclable after use, RPET bags are as resistant, durable and useful as other polypropylene bags. However, these bags are suggested to be hand-washed for the best quality conservation.

Advantages/Characteristics of RPET bags:

Strong, durable and waterproof.
Requires 2/3 less energy to manufacture products made out of PET.
Can be blended with other fabric, like hemp or polyester, to make nice material for reusable bags.
Recycled PET reusable bags can be screen printed in spot colours. Some blends can be printed with a full-colour heat transfer. Recycled PET can also be laminated and printed will beautiful full colour, “all over” graphics.
